Our hand built coops are made to be highly functional and attractive. While taking care of chickens here on the farm I am always thinking of ways to improve coops for the flock as well as the chicken owner. I have implemented these ideas in our new coop design! The features are:

- Raised coop allows easy access for the owner as well as shade and no wasted run area for the flock

- Build on skids/moves easily
- Floor is flat with minimum obstructions to help with cleaning
- Removable bedding barrier to allow easy cleaning
- Removable roost and nesting box walls for easy cleaning
- Proper placement of ventilation for draft free roosting
- Vents are able to open and close in case of blowing snow/rain or high winds
- Durable locks and doors to help keep out predators
- Nesting box door in front allows for easy access to eggs while keeping out the elements
- Available in yellow, rusty red, or mocha all with white trim

Large Coop measures: 3'8"x3'7"x5'6" recommend for up to 8 regular size chickens

 

Extra Large Coop measures: 8'x3'7"x5'6" recommend for up to 16 regular size chickens
